摘 要:由苏轼《海外集》中的饮食书写,可窥见北宋时期琼州饮食多以薯、芋等植物块茎为主食,肉类稀少但蔬果较丰富且具有食野等饮食习惯;饮食器具多样,主要材质多为陶、瓦等。同时也映现了食疗、科学膳食结构、合餐制等北宋士人的饮食思想,反映出北宋时海南岛与大陆的士人之间较为密切的交流。From Su Shi’s dietary writing in Overseas Collection,it can be seen that during the Northern Song Dy⁃nasty the diet of people in Qiongzhou was mainly based on the tubers of plants such as yam and dasheen.Meat was scarce but vegetables and fruits were abundant,and people had eating habits such as eating wild food;There were vari⁃ous types of eating utensils,mainly made of materials such as pottery and tiles.At the same time,it also reflects the dietary ideas of the Northern Song scholars,such as food therapy,scientific dietary structure,and the system of dining together,reflecting the close communication between Hainan and mainland scholars during the Northern Song Dynasty.
