摘 要:随着电力系统的日益复杂和对供电可靠性的要求不断增加,10kV电力线路的智能化自动化运维变得尤为重要。研究设计了一种基于人工智能的10kV线路全自动故障诊断与恢复系统,系统通过深度学习和机器学习算法对电力线路的实时数据进行采集、分析与处理,从而实现故障检测与精准预测。实验结果表明,该系统具备较强的实时响应能力和自我优化能力,在故障诊断的准确性和恢复效率方面显著优于传统手动系统。提出的系统架构和算法具有较强的推广应用价值,能够在提高电力系统可靠性的同时,降低人力成本和维护风险。With the increasing complexity of power systems and the growing demand for power supply reliability,the intelligent and automated operation and maintenance of 10kV power lines have become particularly important.This study designs a fully automatic fault diagnosis and recovery system for 10kV lines based on artificial intelligence.The system collects,analyzes,and processes real-time data from power lines using deep learning and machine learning algorithms,enabling fault detection and accurate prediction.Experimental results demonstrate that the system exhibits strong real-time response capabilities and self-optimization abilities,significantly outperforming traditional manual systems in terms of fault diagnosis accuracy and recovery efficiency.The proposed system architecture and algorithms have high potential for widespread application,improving power system reliability while reducing labor costs and maintenance risks.
