摘　　要：在2024年英国大选中,斯塔默领导下的工党围绕英国经济社会现实,在承继工党传统政策主张的同时,对经济、社会、外交等政策作出了一系列迎合中间选民的变革。在此基础上,得益于保守党执政期间的负面表现及英国选举制度和钟摆效应的催化,工党以历史性胜利,时隔多年再度走到执政前台,赢得较为自如的执政环境。如何处理棘手的英国经济社会问题、能否保持工党内部的团结以及保守党等其他政党的发展状况是工党执政面临的现实挑战。In the 2024 British General Election,under the leadership of Keir Starmer and carrying on the traditional policy propositions of the Labour Party,the Labour Party focused on the economic and social realities of the United Kingdom,and made a series of reformations in its economic,social and foreign policies to cater for the swing voters.On this basis,benefiting from the negative performances of the Conservative Party in power,and the catalytic reaction of the British electoral system and the pendulum effect,the Labour Party achieved a historic victory in the 2024 general election.After many years of being out of the power,the Labour Party came into power and won a relatively free governing environment.How to deal with the thorny economic and social issues in Britain,whether to maintain the unity within the Labour Party and the development of other political parties such as the Conservative Party are the realistic challenges facing the Labour Party in power.
