数字普惠金融促进黄河流域农业经济发展的作用机制与效应检验

摘　　要：基于黄河流域2012-2022年面板数据构建农业经济发展指标,实证探究数字普惠金融促进黄河流域农业经济发展的作用机制与效应检验。研究结果显示:数字普惠金融对黄河流域农业经济发展具有显著的促进作用,这一作用可以通过农业保险与农村人力资本来实现。从数字普惠金融的不同维度看,覆盖广度对农业经济发展的促进作用最大,使用深度次之,数字化程度最小;从地区差异看,数字普惠金融对黄河流域上下游及粮食主产区的农业经济促进作用较大;空间分析发现,数字普惠金融能够促进省内农业经济发展,但对临近省份存在负向的空间溢出效应。在黄河流域国家战略引领下,应该持续推动数字普惠金融在该区域的普及,大力发展政策性农业保险,重视农户数字化教育培训,助力农业经济持续快速发展。Based on panel data in the Yellow River Basin from 2012 to 2022,it constructs indicators for agricultural economic development and empirically explores the effects and mechanisms of digital inclusive finance on agricultural economic development in the Yellow River Basin.The research results show that digital inclusive finance has a significant promoting effect on the development of agricultural economy in the Yellow River Basin,which can be achieved through agricultural insurance and rural human capital.From different dimensions of digital inclusive finance,the breadth of coverage has the greatest promoting effect on agricultural economic development,followed by the depth of use,and the degree of digitization is the smallest;From different regions,digital inclusive finance has a significant promoting effect on the agricultural economy in the upstream and downstream of the Yellow River Basin and major grain producing areas;Spatial analysis found that digital inclusive finance can promote the development of agricultural economy within the province,but there is a negative spatial spillover effect on neighboring provinces.Therefore,under the guidance of the national strategy in the Yellow River Basin,we should continue to promote the popularization of digital inclusive finance in the region,vigorously develop policy based agricultural insurance,attach importance to digital education and training for farmers,and help promote the sustained and rapid development of the agricultural economy.
