摘　　要：罗布泊盐湖属于硫酸盐型盐湖,是我国最大的硫酸钾生产基地。钾石盐和软钾镁矾是制取硫酸钾的关键中间产品,目前通过浮选实现二者与石盐等脉石矿物的分离。因硫酸盐型盐湖卤水组分更为复杂,矿物浮选处于五元水盐体系,二者的浮选工艺仍存在较大改善空间。我们聚焦硫酸盐型盐湖钾盐浮选,在钾石盐和软钾镁矾浮选捕收剂的基础理论和应用研究方面取得了一些成果。将对钾石盐与捕收剂作用机理及浮选工艺优化、软钾镁矾浮选新捕收剂开发等研究工作进行简要叙述,希望为我国盐湖钾资源的高效利用提供一些支撑。Lop Nur Salt Lake belongs to sulfate type salt lake and is the largest production base of potassium sulfate in China.Sylvite and picromerite are the key intermediate products for producing potassium sulfate.At present,they are separated from gangue minerals such as halite by flotation.Because of the more complex brine composition of sulfate type salt lake,mineral flotation is in the five-element water-salt system,and there is still much space for improvement in the flotation process of both.We have made some achievements in the basic theory and application of the flotation collector of sylvite and picromerite by focusing on potassium salts flotation in sulfate salt lake.The mechanism of action between sylvite and collector,the optimization of flotation process,and the development of new collector for picromerite flotation are briefly described,hoping to provide some support for the efficient utilization of potassium resources in salt lakes.
