摘 要:针对细粒碳酸锰矿质量小、比表面积大导致其浮选回收困难的问题,设计了三种新型的N-酰氨基羧酸类捕收剂:2-十二烷基酰氨基丁二酸(DAA)、2-十二烷基酰氨基戊二酸(DPA)和2-十二烷基酰氨基乙酸(DGA),用于细粒碳酸锰矿的浮选回收,考察了三种捕收剂对细粒碳酸锰矿的絮团行为和浮选性能。量子化学计算结果表明,酰氨基和羧基中的O原子是捕收剂与矿物表面金属原子发生作用的主要活性位点,捕收剂分子中活性基团之间形成的氢键可驱使捕收剂分子在矿物表面的定向吸附,从而强化矿物颗粒疏水絮团。絮团试验结果表明,N-酰氨基羧酸类捕收剂对微细粒菱锰矿具有聚团作用,DGA聚团效果最好,DPA次之,DAA较弱。在矿浆pH值为8,捕收剂用量为5.0×10^(-5) mol·L^(-1)时,DGA对微细粒菱锰矿的浮选回收率达到94.89%,而油酸钠(NaOL)的浮选回收率仅为15.87%。实际矿石一次粗选试验结果表明,与传统捕收剂油酸钠相比,N-酰氨基羧酸类捕收剂在低用量下可高效浮选回收细粒碳酸锰矿。研究结果为微细粒浮选捕收剂的设计与开发提供了新的思路。Flotation recovery of fine manganese carbonate ore has been constrained by low flotation efficiency due to the large surface area and small quality of fines.Therefore,three new N-acylamino carboxylic acid collectors were designed:2-dodecylamidosuccinic acid(DAA),2-dodecylamidoglutaric acid(DPA)and 2-dodecylamidoacetic acid(DGA),and used for flotation recovery of fine-grained manganese carbonate ore.The flocculation behavior and flotation performance of three collectors on fine-grained manganese carbonate ore were investigated.The results of quantum chemical calculations revealed that the oxygen atom in the acylamino and carboxyl groups was the main active site for the interaction between the collectors and the metal atoms on the mineral surface.The hydrogen bonds formed between the active functional groups can drive the directional adsorption of the collector molecules on the mineral surface,thereby strengthening the hydrophobic floccules of the mineral particles.The results of flocculation experiment showed that N-acylamino carboxylic acid collectors had agglomeration effects on fine-grained rhodochrosite.DGA has the best agglomerating effect,followed by DPA,and DAA was weak.The flotation recovery of DGA on fine-grained rhodochrosite reached 94.89%,while that for sodium oleate only 15.87%at pH=8 and the collector dosage of 5.0×10^(-5 )mol·L^(-1).The results of one roughing flotation of manganese carbonate ore showed that N-acyl amino carboxylic acid collectors could efficiently recover fine-grained manganese carbonate ore by flotation at low dosage compared to the traditional collector sodium oleate.This research provides new ideas for the design and development of collectors for fine-grained flotation.
