摘  要:利用化工副产品开发新型起泡剂是实现浮选药剂降本增效的重要途径。将轻质油改性制备的环己二醇单戊醚用作起泡剂,测定了环己二醇单戊醚、松醇油和甲基异丁基甲醇(MIBC)的泡沫高度、泡沫半衰期和表面张力。结果表明,环己二醇单戊醚起泡能力优于松醇油和MIBC,泡沫稳定性介于松醇油和MIBC之间。对云南硫化铜矿和硫化铅锌矿进行浮选,结果表明,环己二醇单戊醚与松醇油相比,铜粗精矿的铜回收率提高5.67百分点,铅锌粗精矿的铅回收率提高0.57百分点,铅锌粗精矿与锌粗精矿的锌回收率提高0.43百分点。Using chemical by-products to develop new frothers is an important way to reduce costs and increase efficiency of flotation reagents.Cyclohexanediol monoamyl ether modified from light oil was used as a frother,and the foam height,foam half-life and surface tension of cyclohexanediol monoamyl ether,terpineol oil and methyl isobutyl methanol(MIBC)were measured.The results showed that the foaming ability of cyclohexanediol monoamyl ether was better than that of terpineol oil and MIBC,and the stability of foam was between terpineol oil and MIBC.The flotation of sulfide copper ore and sulfide lead-zinc ore from Yunnan showed that,compared with pine oil,the copper recovery of copper concentrate increased by 5.67 percentage points,the lead recovery of lead-zinc concentrate increased by 0.57 percentage point,and the zinc recovery of lead-zinc concentrate and zinc concentrate increased by 0.43 percentage point.
