摘  要:针对黄铜矿与辉钼矿伴生密切、可浮性相近,分离过程添加的铜矿抑制剂存在药剂用量大、毒性高、环境污染严重等问题,研发新型高效铜抑制剂BK511替代NaHS实现铜钼清洁分离。开展新型抑制剂实验室小型试验与工业试验,考察新型抑制剂的分离性能、与NaHS协同作用、氧气影响及分离回水对原矿浮选的影响。结果表明,采用“一粗两扫七精、中矿顺序返回”的实验室闭路试验,获得Mo品位45.21%、Mo回收率91.36%、Cu含量0.51%的钼精矿。工业试验采用BK511与少量NaHS协同作用,NaHS用量由37.6 kg/t混合精矿降低到4.2 kg/t混合精矿,BK511用量为5.2 kg/t混合精矿,降低药剂用量89%,并显著改善生产操作环境。Chalcopyrite and molybdenite sulfide were frequently found in close association and exhibit similar floatability characteristics.The copper depressants traditionally used during the separation process,particularly sodium hydrosulfide(NaHS),present significant challenges,including high reagent dosages,toxicity,and substantial environmental pollution.To address these issues,a novel high-efficiency copper depressant,designated as BK511,has been developed as a sustainable alternative to NaHS for the clean separation of copper and molybdenum.To evaluate the performance of this new depressant,a series of laboratory-scale experiments and industrial trials were conducted.These studies focused on the separation efficacy of BK511,its synergistic interactions with NaHS,the role of oxygen during the flotation process,and the influence of recirculated water on the flotation of raw ore.The results from a laboratory locked-cycle test employing the protocol of“one roughing,two scavengings,and seven cleanings”revealed the successful production of molybdenum concentrate with molybdenum grade of 45.21%,molybdenum recovery of 91.36%,and copper content of 0.51%.In the accompanying industrial tests,BK511 was utilized in combination with a significantly reduced dosage of NaHS,decreasing the NaHS requirement from 37.6 kg/t of bulk concentrate to just 4.2 kg/t.The dosage of BK511 was maintained at 5.2 kg/t of bulk concentrate.This strategic reduction resulted in an impressive 89%decrease in overall reagent usage and substantially enhanced the operational environment of the production process.
