废电路板有价金属回收技术研究

摘  要:研究了H_(2)SO_(4)-H_(2)O_(2)体系氧化酸浸提取废弃电路板多金属料中有价金属的工艺流程,对浸出过程中各因素对金属转化率的影响进行了系统研究,得出较为适宜的工艺条件:初始硫酸溶液浓度为1.5 mol/L,体系溶液(75%的酸溶液+25%的H_(2)O_(2)溶液)与多金属料液固比为15∶1,H_(2)O_(2)溶液滴加速度为0.6 mL/min,浸出温度为70℃,浸出时间为70 min,在此条件下,Cu、Zn、Pb、Sn金属转化率分别为97.50%、100%、0.45%、0.31%。酸浸液、酸浸渣分别采用旋流电积、碱性还原熔炼—水浸回收其中的有价金属,生产出Cu质量分数达99.98%的阴极铜和Na_(2)SnO_(3)·3H_(2)O产品。A process of oxidative acid leaching in H_(2)SO_(4)-H_(2)O_(2)system was developed to extract valuable metals in polymetallic materials which originated from waste printed circuit boards.Impacts of various factors in the leaching on metal conversions were systematically investigated.The optimum process conditions after optimization were as follows:initial sulfuric acid concentration of 1.5 mol/L,liquid-solid ratio of liquid(acid solution of 75%and H_(2)O_(2)solution of 25%)to polymetallic materials of 10∶1,dropping speed of hydrogen peroxide of 0.6 mL/min,leaching temperature of 70℃,leaching time of 70 min.Under these conditions,the metal conversion rates of copper,zinc,lead,tin reach 97.5%,100%,0.45%,0.31%respectively.The valuable metals in the acid leaching solution and acid leaching residue can be recycled by means of cyclone electrownning and alkaline reduction smelting-water leaching process respectively.Cathode copper with copper content of 99.98%and Na_(2)SnO_(3)·3H_(2)O were obtained as the final products.
