摘　　要：数字经济时代的新质生产力,以数字化、网络化、智能化的新技术为支撑,以科技创新为核心驱动力,具有广泛的渗透性和融合性的生产力形态。为扎实落实工厂新人才管理方针,满足数字化的要求,采用帆软与数据库结合的模式,快速开发一个能够满足积分填报、查询、管理的数字化应用平台,兼顾应用安全性与实用性。随着应用的建设完成,成功替代了原来积分处理时复杂的人工填报与汇总工作,高效完成汇总呈现及积分排行,并留存了相关数据并标准化,为后续的人才画像工作打下良好的数据基础。The new quality productivity in the digital economy era is supported by new technologies such as digitization,networking,and intelligence,with scientific and technological innovation as the core driving force,and has a wide range of penetrative and integrative forms of productivity.In order to solidly implement the new talent management policy of the factory and meet the requirements of digitization,a digital application platform that can meet the needs of pointfilling,querying,and management is rapidly developed using a combination mode of FineReport and database,balancing application security and practicality.With the completion of the application construction,it has successfully replaced the complex manualfilling and summarizing work in the original point processing,efficiently completed the summary presentation and point ranking,and retained relevant data for standardization,laying a good data foundation for the subsequent talent portrait work.
