摘  要:为加快构建现代化水库工程管理体系,结合水库工程管理标准化、精细化、现代化和行业强监管的需求,文章围绕水库日常管理所涉及的综合事务、调度运行、安全生产、运行管护等工作内容,从建设目标、系统架构和功能模块设计等方面,提出并建立一套基于B/S应用结构的水库综合管理信息系统。为促进水库工程的管理模式和技术手段创新,提高工程运行可靠性、精准性和高效性,不断提升水库工程现代化管理水平具有一定的现实意义。In order to accelerate the construction of a modern reservoir engineering management system and the combine the needs of standardization,refinement,modernization,and strong industry supervision in reservoir engineering management,this paper focuses on the comprehensive affairs,scheduling and operation,safety production,operation and maintenance and other working content involved in the daily management of reservoirs,proposes and establishes a set of reservoir comprehensive management information system based on B/S application structure from the aspects of the construction goal,system architecture,and functional module design and so on.It has certain practical significance for promoting the innovation of management mode and technical means of reservoir engineering,improving the reliability,accuracy,and efficiency of engineering operation,and continuously enhancing the modernization management level of reservoir engineering.
