摘  要:在可持续发展与智慧城市建设的背景下,智慧建筑成为关键解决方案。物联网(IoT)的应用,特别是在环境感知、控制能力、能源管理、安全防护和用户服务等方面,显著提升了建筑的运行效率。通过引入数字孪生技术,创建与实体建筑同步运行的虚拟模型,实现了建筑性能的实时监控与预测性维护,从而在全生命周期内促进绿色低碳目标的实现。这不仅提升了建筑的智能化水平与效能,还改善了居住和工作环境,为建筑行业的可持续发展开辟了新路径,展示了智慧建筑的未来发展方向。In the context of sustainable development and smart city construction,the smart building has become a key solution.The application of Internet of Things(IoT),particularly in the environmental sensing,control capability,energy management,security protection,user service and other aspects,has significantly optimized the operational efficiency of buildings.By introducing Digital Twin technology and creating virtual models that run synchronously with physical buildings,real-time monitoring and predictive maintenance of building performance are achieved,thus promoting the realization of green and low-carbon goals throughout the entire lifecycle.This not only enhances the intelligence level and efficiency of buildings,but also improves the living and working environment,paving new paths for the sustainable development of the building industry and showcasing the future development direction of smart buildings.
