线上线下混合教学中冰雪体育教师团队能力的发挥与建设

摘　　要：在新时期教育信息化发展及创新改革需求指引下,围绕冰雪体育课程实施线上线下混合教学,并加强冰雪体育教师团队能力的建设意义重大。通过分析冰雪体育线上线下混合教学的特点,以及教师在复合型团队中进行分工的意义与形式,发现在冰雪体育线上线下混合教学中发挥团队作用尤为重要,其积极之处在于能够合力应对冰雪体育教学的复杂挑战、促进教学内容的多样化与层次化、推动教师专业发展与学术研究。提出升级教育理念,以完善保障支撑教学创新;拓宽人才引进,优化混合教学团队搭建;加强团队中教师个体的持续性培养;注重教学中团队整体的多元化等建设策略。通过提升线上线下混合教学中冰雪体育教师团队能力,构建起更加良性包容的教学体系,以此培养出具备冰雪运动素养的综合型人才,推动我国冰雪体育教学高质量发展。Guided by the development of educational informatization and the requirements of innovation and reform in the new era,it is of great significance to implement online and offline blended teaching for ice and snow sports courses and strengthen the construction of ice and snow sports teacher team’s competence.By analyzing the characteristics of online and offline blended teaching of ice and snow sports,as well as the significance and forms of teachers’division of labor in a composite team,it is found that it is particularly important to give play to the role of the team in the online and offline blended teaching of ice and snow sports.Its positive aspects lie in the ability to jointly cope with the complex challenges of ice and snow sports teaching,promote the diversification and hierarchicalization of teaching content,and drive teachers’professional development and academic research.Construction strategies such as upgrading educational concepts to improve the guarantee and support for teaching innovation,broadening the introduction of talents and optimizing the establishment of the blended teaching team,strengthening the continuous cultivation of individual teachers in the team,and paying attention to the diversification of the entire team in teaching are proposed.By enhancing the competence of ice and snow sports teacher team in online and offline blended teaching,a more benign and inclusive teaching system can be constructed,so as to cultivate comprehensive talents with ice and snow sports literacy and promote the highquality development of ice and snow sports teaching in China.
