摘 要:制动踏板感觉是整车制动性能的重要组成部分,直接影响到用户的舒适性。目前制动踏板感评价体系已相对成熟,但是对于踏板感觉问题的优化主要侧重于更改基础制动系统的结构设计,虽然能够优化制动踏板感觉,但是这也意味着零件成本的上涨和新的匹配开发费用。为了实现踏板感快速优化及减少研发变更投入成本,文章对制动踏板感觉的影响因素进行分析,针对常见的制动力不足的问题,从制动盘、摩擦片工艺优化方向提升制动力,从而提供一种低成本踏板感觉优化方案,并针对优化前后的摩擦系数和制动力进行了试验验证,证明了所提低成本方案的有效性。The brake pedal feeling is an important part of the vehicle braking performance,which directly affects the user's comfort.At present,the evaluation system of brake pedal feel is relatively mature,but the optimization of pedal feel mainly focuses on changing the structural design of the basic brake system.Although the brake pedal feel can be optimized,it also means the rising cost of parts and new matching development costs.In order to realize the rapid optimization of pedal feel and reduce the investment cost of R&D changes,this paper analyzes the factors affecting brake pedal feel.Aiming at the common problem of insufficient braking force,the braking force is improved from the direction of brake disc and friction plate process optimization,so as to provide a low-cost optimization scheme for pedal feel.The friction coefficient and braking force before and after optimization are tested and verified.The effectiveness of the proposed low cost scheme is proved.
