摘 要:转向管柱是汽车转向系统中的重要零部件之一,无论是传统汽车还是新能源汽车都离不开转向管柱,转向管柱的成本是其核心竞争力,针对竞争日益激烈的汽车市场环境,需对转向管柱结构设计进行优化,从而降低成本。文章结合转向管柱的结构特点,进行手柄凸轮式转向管柱设计,对管柱的固有频率和静态溃缩性能进行有限元分析仿真,并制作手工样件进行试验验证。通过仿真以及试验研究表明,手柄凸轮式转向管柱固有频率以及静态溃缩性能可以满足管柱试验要求。The steering column is one of the important parts in the automobile steering system.Both traditional automobiles or new energy vehicles cannot do without the steering column.The cost of the steering column is its core competitiveness.In view of the increasingly competitive automobile market environment,it is necessary to optimize the structural design of the steering column to reduce costs.Combined with the structural characteristics of the steering column,this paper designs a handle cam-type steering column,and conducts finite element analysis and simulation on the natural frequency and static collapse performance of the column.Manual samples are made for test verification.Through simulation and experimental research,it is shown that the natural frequency and static collapse performance of the handle cam-type steering column can meet the column test requirements.
