摘　　要：2024年是实现“十四五”规划目标任务的关键一年,在系列政策措施推动下,我国物流业稳中有进,高质量发展扎实推进,呈现以下特点:一是物流需求总体稳定;二是市场规模继续平稳增长;三是全社会物流成本稳步下降;四是新质生产力亮点突出;五是物流出海步伐有所加快;六是企业市场主体发展壮大;七是物流基础设施投入加大;八是绿色低碳物流受到重视;九是治理体系取得积极成效;十是行业政策环境持续改善。物流业是实体经济的“筋络”,是现代供应链的重要组成部分。为有效降低全社会物流成本,提振实体经济,物流业要充分依靠我国超大规模市场优势、产业链供应链完整齐全优势,以降低供应链全链条物流成本为目标,突破物流企业和流通领域边界,向上朝生产和采购领域、向下朝最终消费领域延伸,推动生产组织方式调整,打造产业核心竞争优势。现代供应链是物流业发展的必然趋势和转型升级的高级形态,是有效降低全社会物流成本的关键抓手。面对严峻复杂的国内外形势,物流业要深化对现代供应链的认识,坚定供应链转型信念,着眼供应链全链条,紧扣供应链转型新要求,形成供应链转型新抓手,把握供应链转型新方向,加快向现代供应链转型升级。2025年是“十四五”规划收官之年和我国物流业迈入高质量发展的关键之年。2025年及未来一段时期,随着一揽子增量政策的系统落实、有效降低全社会物流成本战略部署的持续推进,我国物流业将加快向现代供应链转型,并呈现以下趋势:一是市场运行保持温和增长;二是提质增效降本走向深入;三是供应链升级加快提速;四是韧性安全水平持续提升;五是数智化转型提档升级;六是结构调整力度不断加大;七是产业集群枢纽联动发展;八是绿色低碳物流走向实践;九是从业人员权益得到保障;十是行业治理更加�The year 2024 is a crucial year for achieving the goals and tasks of the 14th Five Year Plan.Driven by a series of policy measures,China's logistics industry has made steady progress,and high-quality development has been solidly promoted,presenting the following characteristics:first,overall logistics demand is stable;second,the market size continues to grow steadily;third,social logistics costs steadily decline;fourth,the highlights of new quality productive forces are prominent;fifth,the pace of logistics going global has accelerated;sixth,enterprise market entities have made great achievements in development and growth;seventh,increased investment has been seen in logistics infrastructure;eighth,green and low-carbon logistics are receiving attention;ninth,the governance system has achieved positive results;and tenth,the industry policy environment continues to improve.The logistics industry is the"arteries and veins"of the real economy;and it is also an important component of modern supply chains.In order to effectively reduce the logistics costs of the whole society and boost the real economy,the logistics industry should fully rely on China's advantages in a super large market and a complete industrial and supply chain,take reducing the logistics costs of the entire supply chain as the goal to break through the boundaries between logistics enterprises and circulation fields,extend upwards towards the production and procurement fields and downwards towards the final consumption fields,promote the adjustment of production organization methods,and create core competitive advantages in the industry.Modern supply chain is an inevitable trend in the development of logistics industry and an advanced form of transformation and upgrading,which is a key lever for effectively reducing the logistics costs of the whole society.Faced with the severe and complex domestic and international situation,the logistics industry needs to deepen its understanding of modern supply chains,firmly believe in supply chain transformation
