农业新质生产力对农民农村共同富裕的影响效应

摘　　要：农业新质生产力能够提高农业生产效率,缓解发展不平衡不充分问题,为农民农村共同富裕赋能。基于2012—2022年我国276个地级及以上城市(未含香港、澳门、台湾地区城市)面板数据,利用双向固定效应模型、门槛效应模型、空间计量模型,分析农业新质生产力对农民农村共同富裕的影响。研究发现,农业新质生产力有助于农民农村共同富裕,且该结论在经过稳健性和内生性检验后依然成立。农业新质生产力对农民农村共同富裕的影响具有边际效应递增的非线性特征,在农业新质生产力水平超过门槛值后,其对农民农村共同富裕的边际效应明显增强。农业新质生产力对农民农村共同富裕的影响具有正向空间溢出效应,即农业新质生产力不仅能够集聚优质资源,提高农业生产效率,带动本地农民农村共同富裕,而且能够破除资源流通梗阻,畅通要素循环渠道,助力周边地区农民农村共同富裕。农业新质生产力对农民农村共同富裕的影响具有异质性:相较于粮食主销区、产销平衡区,其影响在粮食主产区更强;相较于非资源型地区,其影响在资源型地区更强。为推动农民农村共同富裕,进而实现全体人民共同富裕,各地应积极营造良好发展环境,大力培育农业新质生产力。同时,结合发展现状与未来趋势,因地制宜制定差异化发展方针。Agricultural new quality productive forces can improve the production efficiency of agricultural industry,alleviate the problem of unbalanced and inadequate development,and empower the common prosperity of farmers and rural areas.Taking 2012-2022 as the research period,the panel data of 276 cities at the prefecture level and above are selected,and the benchmark regression model,threshold effect model and spatial econometric model are used to analyze the impact of agricultural new quality productive forces on common prosperity of farmers and rural areas.It is found that agricultural new quality productive forces can effectively drive the realization of common prosperity of farmers and rural areas,and this conclusion is still valid after the robustness test and endogenous test.The impact of agricultural new quality productive forces on common prosperity of farmers and rural areas has the non-linear characteristics of increasing marginal effects:when the level of agricultural new quality productive forces exceeds the threshold value,its marginal effects on common prosperity of farmers and rural areas will be obviously stronger.The impact of agricultural new quality productive forces on common prosperity of farmers and rural areas has a positive spatial spillover effect,namely agricultural new quality productive forces can not only help gather high-quality resources,improve agricultural productive efficiency,and lead common prosperity of local farmers and local rural areas,but also help break the obstruction of resource circulation,smooth factor circulation channel,and achieve common prosperity of farmers and rural areas in surrounding regions.The impact of agricultural new quality productive forces on common prosperity of farmers and rural areas has heterogeneity:comparing to major grain-selling areas and areas with balanced production and selling,its impact is stronger in major grain-production areas;and comparing to non-resources areas,its impact is stronger in resources-based areas.To promote common prosperity of
