摘　　要：主要通过北京奔驰重组北汽股份北京分公司升级改造项目中的涂装车间的升级实践,介绍在涂装车间工艺升级中,如何实现环保与投资相平衡,同时可以使车间的“旧”设备最大化发挥出作用,来实际降低项目总投资,打造“数字化”“柔性化”“绿色”标杆工厂。为国内众多的老旧汽车涂装车间的环保升级之路,进行了一次可供行业内借鉴的探索和尝试。Through the upgrade practice of the paint shop in the renovation project of BBAC's restructuring of BAIC Beijing Branch with the planning concept of creating a"digitalized","flexible",and"green"benchmark plant,this article mainly introduces how to achieve a balance between environmental protection and investment in the process upgrade of a paint shop,while maximizing the use of"old"equipment in the shop to effectively reduce the total project investment.We have explored and attempted an environmentally friendly upgrade way for many old cars paint shops in China,which can be used as a reference for the automotive industry.
