摘 要:研究旨在制备负载紫外线的纳米二氧化硅(SiO_(2))改性的水性丙烯酸工业涂料,并研究改性纳米SiO_(2)含量对涂料性能的影响。采用了接触角仪、扫描电镜、常规物理机械性能等对多种手段对涂膜进行表征。研究结果表明,随着改性纳米SiO_(2)含量的增加,涂层具有较好的常规物理机械性能,并且光泽度有所提高。这表明,改性纳米SiO_(2)对涂料的增韧和增强效果显著,能够改善涂层的常规物理机械性能和表面性能。然而,当改性纳米SiO_(2)含量达到一定值时,增加含量并不能继续提高涂层的光泽度,甚至会导致涂层表面性能变差。这是因为,改性纳米SiO_(2)在涂层中的分散度和填充效果受到含量的影响,达到一定含量后,纳米SiO_(2)颗粒之间的互相聚集和堆积现象会加剧,使涂层的表面质量受到损害。The aim of the study was to prepare acrylic waterborne industrial coatings modified with different mass fractions of silicon dioxide(SiO_(2))nanoparticles and to investigate the effect of SiO_(2) nanoparticles content on the coatings properties.To characterize the coatings,infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy,mechanical properties and other tools were used in the study.The results of the study showed that the mechanical properties of the coatings could be maintained at a high level with the increase of the SiO_(2) nanoparticles content and the gloss was improved.This indicates that the toughening and strengthening effect of nano-SiO_(2) on coatings is significant and can improve the mechanical properties and surface quality of coatings.However,when the nano-SiO_(2) content reaches a certain value,increasing the content does not continue to improve the gloss of the coatings,and even leads to the deterioration of the surface properties of the coatings.This is because the dispersion and filling effect of nano-SiO_(2) in the coatings are influenced by the content,and after reaching certain content,the phenomenon of mutual aggregation and accumulation between nano-SiO_(2) particles will intensify,so that the surface quality of the coatings will be affected.
