摘 要:燃料气系统平衡及优化运行是炼化企业生产管理中的一项重要工作,燃料气系统稳定运行与炼化装置平稳生产密切相关。结合国内某大型炼化一体化企业实际,将分离塔顶的气相液化气组分直接补燃料气管网,既实现了应急工况下的燃料气快速补入和正常运行期间燃料气系统平衡的灵活调节,提高了燃料气系统的稳定性,同时降低循环水、电和蒸汽等能源介质消耗,每年可节约运行成本400万元以上。Balancing and optimizing the operation of fuel gas systems is a crucial task in the production management of refining and chemical enterprises.The stable operation of fuel gas systems is closely related to the smooth production of refining and chemical units.Based on the practical situation of a large-scale refining and chemical integration unit in China,this paper proposes a method of directly supplementing the fuel gas pipeline network with the vaporized liquefied petroleum gas component from the separator tower top.This approach not only achieves rapid fuel gas supplementation under emergency conditions and flexible adjustment of fuel gas system balance during normal operation,enhancing the stability of the fuel gas system;but also saves energy media consumption such as circulating water,electricity,and steam,which can reduce the operating cost by more than 4 million yuan per year.
