摘 要:R2R3-MYB亚家族转录因子与植物生长发育和抗逆性相关,其通过与下游靶基因特异性结合增强植物的抗逆能力。本研究基于香樟全基因组数据,鉴定了90个R2R3-MYB亚家族成员(CcMYB1~CcMYB90),并对其生物信息学及外源ABA调控干旱胁迫下的表达模式进行分析。结果表明,R2R3-MYB亚家族基因结构相似,功能多样,大多数基因与抗旱通路和植物激素反应相关;基于转录组数据基因表达谱分析,在干旱胁迫下CcMYB2、CcMYB9、CcMYB21、CcMYB46、CcMYB63、CcMYB84等通过正调控参与香樟抗旱物质的合成;结合顺式作用元件中参与涉及干旱诱导性的MYB结合位点,CcMYB16、CcMYB51、CcMYB52可能通过ABA信号通路中的去磷酸化过程,参与干旱胁迫调控,CcMYB2、CcMYB21、CcMYB22、CcMYB61、CcMYB63可能与干旱胁迫下ABA介导的气孔运动相关。The R2R3-MYB subfamily of transcription factors is associated with plant growth and development and stress tolerance,and enhances drought tolerance in plants through specific binding to downstream target genes.In this study,90 R2R3-MYB subfamily members(CcMYB1 to CcMYB90)were identified based on the whole genome data of Cinnamomum camphora,and their bioinformatics and exogenous ABAregulated expression patterns under drought stress were analyzed.The results showed that the R2R3-MYB subfamily genes were structurally similar and functionally diverse,and most of them were related to drought pathways and phytohormone responses;based on the gene expression profiling analysis of the transcriptome data,under drought stress,CcMYB2,CcMYB9,CcMYB21,CcMYB46,CcMYB63 and CcMYB84 participated in C.camphora drought-resistant substances via positive regulation synthesis;combined with MYB binding sites involved in cis-acting elements participated in drought inducibility,CcMYB16,Cc-MYB51,CcMYB52 may be involved in drought stress regulation through the dephosphorylation process in the ABA signaling pathway,CcMYB2,CcMYB21,CcMYB22,CcMYB61,CcMYB63 may be associated with drought stress in the ABA-mediated stomatal movement.
