平茬对中国沙棘早衰人工林营养元素含量及其生态化学计量比的影响

摘  要:平茬是促进林木萌蘖更新常见的方式之一,为了解平茬对中国沙棘(Hippophae rhamnoides ssp.sinensis)早衰人工林营养状况的影响规律以及最佳平茬高度,本研究以不平茬为对照,分析了不同平茬高度(0、10和20 cm)叶片、枝条、树干、垂直根、水平根的C、N、P、K含量及其生态化学计量比变化情况。结果表明:1)平茬提高了中国沙棘克隆株C、N、P、K含量,并呈现随平茬高度增大先升后降的趋势,叶片、垂直根、水平根营养元素含量的变化规律表现尤为突出。2)平茬改变了中国沙棘克隆株C、N、P、K含量的变异程度,变异系数由0.97%~9.75%(对照)提升至0.63%~19.56%(平茬),尤其是平茬10 cm时,叶片、垂直根和水平根营养元素含量的变异程度最大。3)中国沙棘克隆株C∶N和C∶K在平茬高度和不同构件中均呈显著差异(P<0.05),C∶P、N∶P、N∶K、P∶K在不同构件中呈极显著差异(P<0.01),根据生态化学计量比判断,平茬提高了中国沙棘对N、P、K的吸收能力,进而加速了对C的积累。4)C、N、P、K含量之间存在协同效应,而其化学计量比存在权衡关系。主成分分析不能将不同平茬处理的营养元素含量及其化学计量比完全分离开来。平茬后中国沙棘的综合营养状况受元素含量及其化学计量比的双重影响,且以平茬10 cm效果最好。Coppicing is one of the common ways to promote the regeneration of forest sprouts.Our aim was to understand the effects of coppicing on the nutritional status of premature senescent Hippophae rhamnoides ssp.sinensis plantations and the optimal stumping height.We analyzed the contents of C,N,P,K and their ecological stoichiometric ratios in leaves,branches,trunks,vertical roots and horizontal roots at different stubble heights(control,0,10,and 20 cm).The results showed that 1)the content of C,N,P and K increased with the increase of stubble height,and showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing with the increase of stubble height,especially the content in leaves,vertical roots and horizontal roots.2)The variation degree of C,N,P and K contents changed by coppicing,and the coefficient of variation increased from 0.97%-9.75%(control)to 0.63%-19.56%(coppicing),especially when the stubble height was 10 cm,the variation degrees of leaf,vertical root and horizontal root nutrient content were the largest.3)C∶N and C∶K showed significant differences in stubble height and different modules(P<0.05),and C∶P,N∶P,N∶K and P∶K showed extremely significant differences in different modules(P<0.01).According to the ecological stoichiometric ratio,coppicing increased the absorption capacity of N,P and K in H.rhamnoides ssp.sinensis and accelerated the accumulation of C.4)There was a synergistic effect between the contents of C,N,P and K,and there was a trade-off relationship between their stoichiometric ratios.Principal component analysis could not completely separate the contents of nutrient elements and their stoichiometric ratios in different stubble height treatments.It is concluded that the comprehensive nutritional status of H.rhamnoides ssp.sinensis after coppicing is affected by both element content and stoichiometric ratio,and the effect of stubble height 10 cm is the best.
