摘 要:通过对比冬夏季对5种典型植被结构的绿地类型(草坪、乔木林、乔-灌-草、乔-草)和无植被广场(无植被)的感知体验,评估不同植被结构绿地的季节变化对心率变异性的影响。结果表明:1)冬季,乔木林的RMSSD数值显著上升,表明其对生理恢复有积极作用(P<0.01)。夏季,即便是无植被的广场,也显示出恢复效益,RMSSD数值显著增加(P<0.05)。2)在冬季和夏季,草坪、乔木林和乔-灌-草植被结构以及无植被广场的R-R间期数值均上升,其中乔木林和无植被广场上升显著(P<0.05),表明不同植被结构的绿地类型均能即时缓解情绪和促进放松。3)无论冬夏,在不同植被结构的绿地中引起的pNN50数值上升更显著,尤其是在乔-灌-草中体验阶段比恢复阶段更有助于身心恢复(P<0.01)。此外,草坪、乔木林和乔-灌-草植被结构的绿地景观中HR数值持续下降,表明自然景观能促进心理和生理健康,而无植被的广场的积极影响相对较小。基于以上结果,建议在城市绿地规划和设计中考虑季节变化、植被类型和感知体验阶段的重要性,并通过持续评估和监测来提升设计质量,促进身心健康。This study compared the perceived experience of five typical vegetation structure green spaces(single-layer grasslands,single-layer woodlands,tree-shrub-grass composite woodlands,and grass-shrubs)and non-vegetated squares in winter and summer,to assess the impact of seasonal changes in different vegetation structures on heart rate variability.The results showed that 1)in winter,the RMSSD value in single-layer woodlands significantly increased,indicating a positive effect on physiological recovery(P<0.01).In summer,even non-vegetated squares showed a recovery benefit,with a significant increase in RMSSD values(P<0.05).2)In both winter and summer,the R-R interval values in single-layer grasslands,single-layer woodlands,tree-shrub-grass composite woodlands,and non-vegetated squares all increased,with significant increases in single-layer woodlands and non-vegetated squares(P<0.05),indicating that different vegetation structure green spaces can immediately relieve emotions and promote relaxation.3)Regardless of the season,the increase in pNN50 values in different vegetation structure green spaces was more significant,especially in tree-shrub-grass composite woodlands,where the experience phase was more conducive to physical and mental recovery than the recovery phase(P<0.01).In addition,the HR values in the green spaces of single-layer grasslands,single-layer woodlands,and tree-shrubgrass composite woodlands continued to decrease,indicating that natural landscapes promote psychological and physiological health,while the positive impact of non-vegetated squares is relatively smaller.Based on the above results,it is recommended that urban green space planning and design should consider the importance of seasonal changes,vegetation types,and perceived experience stages,and that design quality should be enhanced through continuous assessment and monitoring to promote physical and mental health.
