摘 要:为探究基因组选择在中速型黄羽肉鸡中的应用效果,研究以湘佳黑凤鸡配套系S2系作为试验群体,使用HIBLUP(V1.3.1)软件,对90日龄体重(BW90)、料肉比(FCR70-90)、剩余采食量(RFI70-90)、龙骨长(KL)、屠体重(DW)以及胸肌重(BMW)6个生长、屠宰性状的遗传参数进行估计,并预测基因组育种值估计和育种值准确性。结果显示:KL与BMW有中等水平的遗传相关;BMW、FCR及RFI属低遗传力性状(0.10~0.15),BW90及DW属中等遗传力性状(0.15~0.39),KL属高遗传力性状(0.51~0.65)。通过设置最佳权重比(ω)的SSGBLUP法估计育种值,准确性比默认参数SSGBLUP法高0.85%~14.47%,比系谱BLUP法高4.10%~22.53%。研究表明,龙骨长与胸肌重存在中等水平的遗传相关,可用于胸肌重的间接选择;设置构建H矩阵的最佳权重比有助于提高基因组育种值预测的准确性,尤其提高对屠宰性状的选择准确性。To investigate the application of genomic selection in medium-rate yellow-feathered broilers,the Xiangjia Black Chicken sire line S2 was selected as the test population.Genetic parameters for six growth and slaughter traits,including 90-dayold body weight(BW90),feed conversion ratio(FCR70-90),residual feed intake(RFI70-90),keel length(KL),dressed weight(DW)and breast weight(BMW),were estimated and genomic breeding value estimates and breeding value accuracies were predicted using HIBLUP(V1.3.1)software.The results showed that KL had the moderate genetic correlation with BMW;BMW,FCR and RFI were of low heritability traits(0.10-0.15),BW90 and DW were of medium heritability traits(0.15-0.39)and KL was of high heritability trait(0.51-0.65).Breeding values were estimated by the SSGBLUP method with the optimal weighting ratio set(ω),and the accuracy was 0.85%to 14.47%higher than the default parameter SSGBLUP method,and 4.10%to 22.53%higher than the pedigree BLUP method.In conclusion,KL had moderate genetic correlation with BMW,which could be used for indirect selection of BMW;Setting the optimal weight ratio for constructing the H-matrix helped to improve the accuracy of genomic breeding value prediction,especially for improving the accuracy of selection for slaughter traits for yellow-feathered broilers.
