保健砂添加唾液乳杆菌SNK-6对肉鸽生产性能和压力应激的影响

摘　　要：研究旨在探讨保健砂中添加唾液乳杆菌SNK-6对白卡奴亲鸽、乳鸽和童鸽的生产性能以及童鸽压力应激的影响。试验选取684对亲鸽,随机分成试验组和对照组,每组9个重复,每个重复38对。试验组添加唾液乳杆菌SNK-6保健砂(1×10^(8)CFU/只),每两周饲喂一次,连续饲喂16周。测定亲鸽3个月生产性能,乳鸽和童鸽的体重和存活率,并通过靠近、束缚和强制静止试验测定童鸽压力应激,测定期间持续饲喂。结果显示:与对照组相比,饲喂亲鸽唾液乳杆菌SNK-6能够显著提高产蛋数(P<0.05);试验组乳鸽21和28日龄体重极显著高于对照组(P<0.01);与对照组相比,试验组童鸽存活率显著提高(P<0.05);童鸽靠近试验压力应激评分显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,唾液乳杆菌SNK-6能够提高亲鸽产蛋数,提高乳鸽体重和存活率,提高童鸽转仓后存活率,并降低转仓后的压力应激。The objective of this study was to examine the impact of adding Lactobacillus salivarius SNK-6 to health sand on production performance of White Carneau pigeon parents,squabs and kids,as well as the effects of stress on the kids.A total of 684 pairs of parent pigeons were selected for the experiment and randomly divided into test and control groups,with 9 replicates of 38 pairs each.The test group was administered L.salivarius SNK-6 health sand(1×10^(8)CFU/pigeon)and provided with sustenance every two weeks for a period of 16 weeks.The production performance of pigeon parents over a three-month period,body weight and survival rate of squabs and kids were determined.Additionally,the stress levels of the kid pigeons were evaluated through proximity,restraint and enforced immobilization tests,which were conducted continuously throughout the measurement period.The results demonstrated that the administration of L.salivarius SNK-6 to parental pigeons significantly enhanced the number of eggs laid compared to the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,the body weights of squabs in the experimental group at 21 and 28 days of age were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01);The survival rate of kid pigeons in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);And kid pigeon proximity pressure test score in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).In conclusion,L.salivarius SNK-6 could increase the number of eggs laid by pigeon parents,enhance the body weight and survival rate of squabs,improve the survival rate of kid pigeons after transferring to the barn,and reduce the response to stress.
