摘  要:为研究环境中化学元素对缠丝鸭蛋形成的影响,沿缠丝鸭蛋产蛋区及其上下游非产蛋区的淇河许沟段附近采集16组河水、土壤、底泥、水草等样品,应用统计分析法、物质损耗分数法和富集系数法,对沿河各种物质元素的迁移聚集过程进行系统分析。结果显示:缠丝鸭蛋产蛋区环境中的化学元素含量普遍高于非产蛋区,其中常量和微量元素含量是普通鸭蛋的1.6~2.8倍,稀土元素是普通鸭蛋的1.3~2倍。产蛋区土壤和底泥对各元素主要呈淋滤流失态,水草对元素生物富集系数略高于非产蛋区。蛋黄中红色环常微量元素富集强于黄色环,对锰元素的富集远高于普通鸭蛋,对稀土元素富集弱于黄环。研究表明:岩石中常微量元素和稀土元素与非产蛋区具有显著差异,为鸭蛋缠丝提供原始的物质基础,在蛋黄形成过程中,缠丝鸭蛋的红黄环对元素选择性富集可能是形成鸭蛋缠丝的重要原因之一。In order to study the effect of chemical elements in the environment on the formation of duck eggs with banded,16 groups of river water,soil,sediment and aquatic plants were collected along the silky duck egg laying area and its upstream and downstream non-laying area near the Xugou section of Qihe River.Using statistical analysis method,material loss fraction method and enrichment coefficient method,the migration and accumulation process of various material elements along the river was systematically analyzed.The results showed that the contents of chemical elements in the laying area of duck eggs with banded were generally higher than those in the non-laying area.The content of major and trace elements were 1.6 to 2.8 times higher than those of ordinary duck eggs,and the content of rare earth elements were 1.3 to 2 times higher than those of ordinary duck eggs.The soil and sediment in the egg-laying area mainly showed leaching loss of each element,and the bioconcentration factor of the elements in the aquatic plants was slightly higher than that in the non-egg-laying area.The enrichment of trace elements in the red ring of egg yolk was stronger than that in the yellow ring,the enrichment of manganese was much higher than that of ordinary duck eggs,and the enrichment of rare earth elements was weaker than that of the yellow ring.It was indicated that the major and trace elements and rare earth elements in the rock were significantly different from those in the non-egg-producing area,which provided the original material basis for duck egg twining.In the process of egg yolk formation,the selective enrichment of elements by the red and yellow rings of twined duck eggs might be one of the important reasons for the formation of duck egg twining.
