摘 要:玉米淀粉湿法加工副产物是经过一系列湿加工工艺生产玉米淀粉过程中所产生的多种副产物的合称,包括玉米浆、玉米皮和喷浆玉米皮、玉米蛋白粉和玉米胚芽粕等。它们分别保留了玉米中除淀粉外的其他部分,因而具有营养成分丰富、产量较大和成本低廉等特点,在畜禽生产上可作为饲料原料而具有巨大的应用潜力。文章综述了玉米浆、玉米皮和喷浆玉米皮、玉米蛋白粉和玉米胚芽粕等的营养价值和饲料特性及其在家禽生产上的应用研究进展,为其在家禽生产中的进一步研究、开发和应用提供理论依据。Corn starch wet processing by-products are a combination of a variety of by-products produced during the production of corn starch through a series of wet processing processes,including corn steep liquor,orn bran and spraying corn bran,corn gluten meal and corn germ meal.Because the parts of corn other than starch are retained,they have the characteristics of rich nutrients,large yield and low cost,resulting to have great application potential as feed ingredients in livestock and poultry production.Therefore,this paper reviewed the nutritional value and feed characteristics of corn steep liquor,corn bran and spraying corn bran,corn gluten meal,corn germ meal,etc.,and their application in poultry production,so as to provide a theoretical basis for their further research,development and application in poultry production.
