摘 要:近年来,随着家禽养殖业的快速发展,对养殖环境提出了更高的要求,而禽舍环境监测不精准、调控不合理以及设施设备落后等导致的家禽应激问题,严重制约着我国家禽养殖业健康可持续发展。养殖环境的精准监测以及合理调控是保障家禽生产性能充分发挥的基础,对于改善养殖环境、提升家禽健康水平以及保障动物福利具有重要作用。文章对家禽养殖环境精准监测技术、精准调控技术以及相关设施设备三个方面的研究进展进行总结,重点介绍舍内环境监测技术、智能环境控制系统及模型、禽舍建筑保温隔热性能、通风设备、湿帘及加热设备的研究及应用进展,分析制约我国家禽养殖环境调控的主要问题,对未来发展趋势做出展望并提出措施建议,为我国家禽养殖环境调控关键技术及相关设施设备的研究提供参考。In recent years,with the rapid development of poultry farming industry,higher requirements have been put forward for the breeding environment.However,the stress problems caused by unreasonable environmental control,inaccurate monitoring and backward facilities and equipment technology have seriously restricted the healthy and sustainable development of Chinese poultry breeding industry.Accurate monitoring and reasonable regulation of the environment in the poultry house are the basis for ensuring the full play of poultry production performance,and play an important role in improving the breeding environment,enhancing the health level of poultry and ensuring animal welfare.This paper summarized research progress in three aspects,such as precision monitoring technology,precision regulation technology and related facilities and equipment.The research and application progress of indoor environment monitoring technology,intelligent environment control system and model,thermal insulation performance of poultry house building,ventilation equipment,wet curtain and heating equipment were introduced.The main problems restricting the regulation of domestic poultry breeding environment were analyzed.The future development trend was prospected,and the measures and suggestions were put forward.This paper could provide reference for the research on key technologies and related facilities of poultry breeding environment control in China.
