摘　　要：北疆文化是中华文化的重要组成部分,是由北疆大地上的多种文化汇聚交融而成的,是近年来内蒙古着力打造的特色文化品牌。作为一种柔性力量,北疆文化有助于进一步凝练各民族共享共创的精神标识与文化符号,推进铸牢中华民族共同体意识的文化实践。同时,北疆文化是我国边疆研究与新时代发展需求不断适应、密切结合的产物,是对区域文化的有益探索,能够推动中国边疆学的理论创新与话语建构。新的历史形势下,应加强文化戍边,紧扣铸牢中华民族共同体意识这条主线,进一步把握历史发展规律与区域实践特点,推动北疆文化的创造性转化、创新性发展,深化各民族交往交流交融,加强北疆文化研究阐释与学术资源整合,加快打造一支政治立场坚定、理论修养和综合素质过硬的北疆文化研究队伍,并以此不断推进内蒙古文化强区建设,为谱写中国式现代化内蒙古新篇章提供重要支撑与动力。Chinese northern borderland culture is an important component of Chinese culture,which is formed by the convergence and integration of various cultures on the land of Chinese northern borderland.It is a distinctive cultural brand that Inner Mongolia has been striving to build in recent years.As a flexible force,Chinese northern borderland culture helps to further condense the spiritual identity and cultural symbols shared and co created by various ethnic groups,and promote the cultural practice of consolidating the sense of community for the Chinese nation.Meanwhile,Chinese northern borderland culture is a product of the continuous adaptation and close integration of Chinese borderland studies with the development needs of the new era.It is a beneficial exploration of regional culture and can promote theoretical innovation and discourse construction in Chinese borderland studies.Under the new historical situation,we should strengthen cultural border defense,closely adhere to the main line of consolidating the sense of community for the Chinese nation,further grasp the laws of historical development and regional practical characteristics,and promote the innovative transformation and development of Chinese northern borderland culture,deepen the exchange,interaction and integration of various ethnic groups,strengthen the research and interpretation of Chinese northern borderland culture and the integration of academic resources,and accelerate the construction of a strong political stance,theoretical cultivation,and comprehensive quality Chinese northern borderland cultural research team.In this way,we will continue to promote the construction of a strong cultural area in Inner Mongolia and provide important support and impetus for writing a new chapter of Chinese path to modernization in Inner Mongolia.
