农村空巢老人健康养老影响因素及有效干预研究——以贵州省为例  

Research on the Influencing Factors of the Empty-nest Elders’Healthy Elderly Care and the Effective Intervention in Rural Areas——Taking Guizhou Province as an Example

摘　　要：研究结果表明,贵州农村空巢老人健康养老状况较差,性别、年龄、民族、婚姻、文化程度、子女数量、居住情况、去医院检查身体的频率、最喜欢哪种养老方式对健康养老影响不显著。是否能够自理、亲子关系、平时有无娱乐活动、是否常与同龄老人接触通过中介变量——心理健康状况对健康养老有显著影响。有效改善农村空巢老人健康养老状况,需要从影响农村空巢老人健康因素的广泛性出发,关注空巢老人生命周期、身心健康全过程,将空巢老人健康养老纳入乡村振兴工作目标考核,开展健康老龄化教育,提高空巢老人健康管理意识,增强空巢家庭照护能力,建立健全空巢老人健康养老服务机制,全面推广农村健康养老服务。The research results show that the rural empty-nest elders of Guizhou had poor health care status,and gender,age,ethnicity,marital status,education level,number of children,living situation,frequency of medical check-ups,and preference for elderly care methods do not significantly affect healthy aging.The ability to take care of oneself,parent-child relationships,regular entertainment activities,and frequent contact with peers through mediating variable—mental health status,have a significant impact on healthy aging.To effectively improve the health status of the empty-nest elders in rural areas,it is necessary to start from the extensiveness of the factors affecting the health of the empty-nest elders in rural areas,focus on the life cycle and the whole process of physical and mental health of the empty-nest elders,incorporate healthy pension for empty-nest elders in the assessment of rural vitalization goals,carry out education on healthy aging,enhance the health management awareness of empty-nest elders,improve the care ability of empty-nest families,establish and improve a mechanism for providing healthy old-age care services to empty-nest elders,and comprehensively promote healthy elderly care services in rural areas.
