摘  要:通过对比试验验证甘蔗电动割刀作业效果,推动解决我国甘蔗收获机械化率长期低位问题。2024年12月,农业农村部农业机械化总站与广西壮族自治区农业机械化服务中心在广西柳州,对甘蔗电动割刀与人工“一刀砍”进行了作业性能与经济性能的全面测定。结果显示,甘蔗电动割刀适用于丘陵陡坡地等小地块,能显著降低宿根破头率,但对割茬损失率改善不明显,且作业效率和总作业成本相较人工存在劣势。因此,甘蔗电动割刀可作为甘蔗机收辅助工具,在特定地块条件下发挥作用,但需进一步优化设计以提高其效率和经济性,满足甘蔗机械化收获需求。By conducting comparative experiments to verify the operational effectiveness of sugarcane electric cutters,we aim to solve the long-term problem of low mechanization rate in sugarcane harvesting in China,In December 2024,the Agricultural Mechanization General Station of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the Agricultural Mechanization Service Center of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region conducted a comprehensive test of the operational and economic performance of sugarcane electric cutters and manual"one cut"in Liuzhou,Guangxi.The results showed that the sugarcane electric cutter is suitable for small plots such as hilly and steep slopes,and can significantly reduce the rate of root breakage.However,there is no significant improvement in the rate of stubble loss,and the operating efficiency and total operating cost are inferior to manual labor.Therefore,the sugarcane electric cutter can be used as an auxiliary tool for sugarcane harvesting,playing its role under specific land conditions,but further optimization of its design is needed to improve its efficiency and economy,and meets the demand for mechanized harvesting of sugarcane.
