摘　　要：蔗糖产业是中国广西西南边境地区重要的产业,近十年来,广西西南边境地区蔗糖产业的发展出现了停滞现象,本文将以具有代表性的崇左市大新县为研究对象,通过其分析边境地区蔗糖产业发展现状及普遍存在的问题,有针对性地提出广西西南边境地区蔗糖产业高质量发展的措施建议,包括:①通过规模化经营、提高机械化水平、改善农业基础设施等降低种蔗成本;②加强良种推广与配套技术应用,提高甘蔗品质;③加强国际合作,积极外拓种蔗面积,保障甘蔗产量;④推动产学研合作,加强科技支撑,提升产业竞争力;⑤延伸产业链,提高产品附加值;⑥加大财政扶持力度,创新金融支持方式等。有效的产业提升措施的施行,有利于推进糖料蔗稳产提质增效和糖产业链优化升级,推动广西西南边境地区蔗糖产业高质量发展。The sugarcane industry is an important industry in the southwestern border areas of Guangxi in China.In the past decade,the development of sugarcane industry in the southwestern border areas has stagnated.This article takes Daxin County,Chongzuo City,which is representative of the southwestern border areas of Guangxi,as the example.Through analyzing the current situation and common problems of sugarcane industry development in the border areas,targeted measures and suggestions for high-quality development of sugarcane industry in the southwestern border areas are proposed,including:①Reducing sugarcane planting costs through large-scale operation,improving mechanization level,and improving agricultural infrastructure;②Strengthening the promotion of high-quality varieties and the application of supporting technologies to improve the quality of sugarcane;③Strengthening international cooperation,actively expanding sugarcane planting areas to ensure sugarcane production;④Promoting industry university research cooperation,strengthening technological support to enhance industrial competitiveness;⑤Extending the industrial chain and increasing product added value;⑥Increasing financial support and innovating financial support methods.The implementation of effective industrial upgrading measures is conducive to promoting stable production,qualityimprovement,and efficiency enhancement of sugarcane,optimizing and upgrading the sugarcane industry chain,and promoting high-quality development of the sugarcane industry in the southwestern border areas of Guangxi.
