摘 要:帛书《黄帝四经》作为黄老学的出土文献,以“道”为时空之始源,将政治治理的规律放到最初的“时间”中去理解,形成对于人类历史、文化、社会的周知和把握,蕴含着溯古以知今的政治历史时间观。帛书从道出发,道及其所代表的天时、历法、法治观念既赋予了君王执政立法的合法性,也对帝王治国管理形成制约性。君王需要“修德待时”“胥时而动”“平衡而止”才可实现“天下可一”,这个“一”既是政治社会的一统,更是回归时间上的始源之“道”,最终形成“治身即治国”的个体工夫与国家治理的内外时间的统一,也展现了《黄帝四经》独特的内圣外王的政治理性。The Four Classics of the Yellow Emperor took“one”,that is,“Tao”,as the origin of time and space,and put the“Tao”,the laws of social governance and political rationality into the original“time”to understand,thus forming a comprehensive understanding and grasp of human history,culture and politics,which essentially contains a social historical time view of tracing back to the origin of the ancient times to know the present.Silk manuscripts start from the Heavenly Way.The Heavenly Way and its representative concepts of time,calendar and rule of law not only endow the legitimacy of the monarch’s ruling legislation,but also restrict the monarch’s governance and management.The monarch needs to“cultivate virtue and stay with the times”,“let the times change”and“balance and stop”to realize“the world can be one”.This“one”is not only the unity of political society,but also the return to the origin of“one”in time,that is,the Tao,and finally achieve the unity of internal and external time of governing the body,that is,governing the country.It also demonstrates the unique political rationality of The Four Classics of the Yellow Emperor,which emphasizes the inner sage and outer king.
