摘　　要：创新是企业核心竞争力的重要构成,社会信用体系则是经济高质量发展的基础。以社会信用体系建设为准自然实验,利用2011—2022年沪深A股上市企业的面板数据,构建多时点双重差分模型考察社会信用体系建设对企业创新的影响及其作用机制。研究发现,社会信用体系建设显著有效驱动企业创新。机制分析表明,良好的社会信用环境通过提高企业的数据要素利用水平,从而推动企业创新。异质性分析发现,社会信用体系建设对企业创新的影响在长江经济带、非国有企业和规模较大的企业中更为显著。Innovation is an important component of enterprise s new quality productivity,and credit is the basis of high-quality economic development.Using the panel data of A-share listed enterprises from 2011 to 2022,this paper constructs A multi-time-point differential model to investigate the innovation effect of the construction of social credit system and its mechanism,and finds that the construction of social credit system significantly and effectively drives enterprise innovation.This conclusion remains valid after a series of robustness tests.Mechanism analysis shows that a good social credit environment promotes enterprise innovation by improving enterprise s ability to utilize data elements.The heterogeneity analysis shows that compared with non-Yangtze River Economic Belt region,the total amount and quality of innovation of enterprises in the Yangtze River Economic Belt region are more significantly affected by credit policies.Compared with state-owned enterprises,the credit pilot policy has more obvious impact on the innovation of non-state-owned enterprises.Compared with smaller enterprises,the credit pilot policy has a more significant impact on the innovation of larger enterprises.This paper helps to clarify the internal relationship between credit information sharing and enterprise innovation,which has important implications for promoting the construction of social credit system,enabling enterprises to develop new quality productivity,and building a unified national market.
