摘  要:为研究碳纤维复合材料(carbon fiber reinforced polymers,CFRP)层合板在超声辅助下磨削制孔的出口质量,采用电镀金刚石套料钻进行CFRP层合板超声辅助制孔加工实验。通过Kistler测力仪采集的轴向力原始数据,采用HIROX RH-2000三维视频显微镜观测孔出口表面加工质量,讨论了工艺参数与峰值轴向力、临界轴向力之间的关系,研究了工艺参数对孔出口质量的影响规律。结果表明,峰值轴向力与转速呈反比,与进给速度呈正比,临界轴向力和峰值轴向力变化趋势基本一致。CFRP层合板孔出口处出现分层损伤,表现为毛刺和撕裂缺陷,且主轴转速越高,出口处缺陷越少,进给速度越高,出口处缺陷越多。研究结果为碳纤维复合材料层合板高效高质量制孔工艺的选择提供参考。In order to study the hole exit quality of carbon fiber reinforced polymers(CFRP)laminates drilled with ultrasonic assistance,the ultrasound-assisted hole making experiments of CFRP laminates are carried out by using electroplated diamond nesting drills.By analyzing the raw data of thrust force collected by the Kistler force meter and observing the surface machining quality of hole exit under HIROX RH-20003D video microscope,the relationship between process parameters and peak thrust force and critical thrust force are discussed,and the influence law of process parameters on hole exit quality is investigated.The results show that the peak thrust force is inversely proportional to the rotational speed and directly proportional to the feed speed,and the trend of critical thrust force and peak thrust force is basically the same.Delamination damage occurs at the exit of the hole of CFRP laminate,which is manifested as burr and tear defects,and the higher the rotational speed of the spindle,the fewer the defects at the exit,and the higher the feed speed,the more the defects at the exit.The results of the study can be used as a reference for the selection of high-efficiency and high-quality hole making process for CFRP laminates.
