摘　　要：第四方物流已经成为全球物流发展的重要模式。随着全球贸易和产业分工的深入发展,信息技术的广泛应用,全球生产和消费都带来了第四方物流的大量需求;同时,全球物流业的数字化、智能化变革,加速了物流业产业内分工,推动了第四方物流的发展。第四方物流服务对象从大型企业进一步扩大到大中小型企业,服务内容不断细化和扩展,主要包括了供应链管理、物流咨询和规划、物流信息系统、物流交易平台等,为全球供应链发展,全球物流市场发展和全球化发展提供了重要的服务支撑。在迈向全面建设中国特色社会主义现代化强国的新征程上,要加快发展第四方物流,进一步提高物流发展水平,建设高效顺畅的现代流通体系,以第四方物流增强全球物流服务竞争力,提高贸易和产业全球竞争力,提升全球价值链话语权,加快贸易强国建设。The development of fourth-party logistics began in the 1990s.With the deepening of global trade and industrial division,along with the widespread application of information technology,both global production and consumption have brought about a significant demand for fourth-party logistics.At the same time,the digital and intelligent transformation of the global logistics industry has accelerated the division of labor within the logistics sector,driving the development of fourth-party logistics.The service targets of fourth-party logistics have expanded from large enterprises to include small and medium-sized enterprises as well.The service content continues to be refined and expanded,mainly including supply chain management,logistics consulting and planning,logistics information systems,and logistics trading platforms.These services provide crucial support for the development of global supply chains,the growth of the global logistics market,and the advancement of globalization.In the new journey towards building a modern socialist country with Chinese characteristics,it is essential to accelerate the development of fourth-party logistics,further improve the level of logistics development,build an efficient and smooth modern circulation system,enhance global logistics service competitiveness through fourth-party logistics,increase our voice in the global value chain,and promote the construction of a strong trading nation.
