摘　　要：甲状腺乳头状癌是内分泌常见的恶性肿瘤之一,目前尚无统一辨证论治标准。文章首次从玄府角度出发,深入探讨靥玄府的理论内涵及其与糖代谢重编程的联系,进一步阐明甲状腺乳头状癌的发生发展可能与靥玄府郁闭诱发糖代谢重编程相关,故提出临床上可通过开靥玄府法抑制肿瘤糖代谢重编程状态,从而延缓疾病进展,为中医药诊治甲状腺乳头状癌提供新的思路。Papillary thyroid carcinoma is one of the most common malignant tumors in the endocrine system.There is no unified standard of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome differentiation and treatment.From the perspective of sweat pore,this paper discusses the theoretical connotation of facial sweat pore and its connection with the reprogramming of glucose metabolism for the first time,further clarifies that the occurrence and development of papillary thyroid carcinoma may be related to the reprogramming of glucose metabolism induced by the glucose sweat pore stagnation.Therefore,it is proposed that the method of relieving facial sweat pore stagnation can be used clinically to inhibit the reprogramming state of tumor glucose metabolism,thereby delaying the progression of the disease,which provides a new idea for TCM diagnosis and treatment of papillary thyroid carcinoma.
