国医大师吕仁和运用活血化瘀药分期论治慢性肾脏病

摘　　要：慢性肾脏病是临床常见的难治病,国医大师吕仁和教授具有丰富的临床经验,提出慢性肾脏病的肾络微型癥瘕病机,认为血瘀是其形成的关键环节,并主张分期论治慢性肾脏病,即早期(虚损期)、中期(虚劳期)、晚期(虚衰期),根据各期肾络瘀滞病机特点,分别施以活血凉血宣络、化瘀利水通络、破血逐瘀搜络之药,同时配以疏风散邪、清热解毒、利水泄浊、扶正补虚之法,紧扣病机,灵活用药,体现吕老独特的临床诊疗思路。Chronic kidney disease(CKD)is a common and difficult clinical disease.Professor LYU Renhe,a Traditional Chinese Medicine Master with rich clinical experience,puts forward the pathogenesis of kidney collateral miniature mass in CKD and holds that blood stasis is the key link in its formation.He also advocates the treatment of CKD by stages,namely early stage(stage of deficiency damage),middle stage(stage of deficiency strain)and late stage(stage of deficiency failure).According to the pathogenesis characteristics of kidney collateral stasis in each stage,drugs for promoting blood circulation,cooling blood and promoting collaterals,drugs for removing blood stasis and relieving water retention and dredging collaterals,drugs for removing blood stasis and searching collaterals should be applied respectively combined with the method of dispersing wind and dispelling evil,clearing heat and detoxifying,removing water and expelling turbidities,strengthening healthy qi and tonifying deficiency,which is closely related to the pathogenesis,the flexible medication reflects Master LYU’s unique clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas.
