摘　　要：单秋华教授认为头面部带状疱疹多与湿热相搏、气血瘀滞有关,由于病变处疼痛难忍,患者常伴有焦虑抑郁等神志方面的症状。单教授将本病分为脾虚湿蕴型、肝经郁热型、气虚血瘀型与气阴两虚型四个证型。治疗时以针刺为主,确定针刺处方,并配合艾灸、耳穴压豆、电针、火针等疗法灵活运用。在治疗过程中注重形神一体观,坚持明辨证型,将调神治法贯穿始终。Professor SHAN Qiuhua believes that the head and face herpes zoster is mostly related to dampness and heat,and stagnation of qi and blood stasis,which is often accompanied by anxiety and other mental symptoms due to the intolerable pain of the lesion site.Professor SHAN categorizes the disease into four types:spleen deficiency and dampness,liver channel stagnation and heat,qi deficiency and blood stasis,qi and yin deficiency.The treatment is based on acupuncture,which is prescribed and used flexibly combined with moxibustion,auricular pressure points,electro-acupuncture and fire-acupuncture and other therapies.In the course of treatment,attention is given to the view of the unity of form and spirit,adhering to the clear identification of the syndromes and carrying out the treatment of regulating the spirit through the whole process.
