摘　　要：慢喉痹病情缠绵,是社区临床中的常见病。谭华儒教授基于多年的社区临床经验,认为岭南地区气候潮湿,慢喉痹患者的病因病机多为肝郁脾虚,湿邪贯穿疾病始终,治疗尤应重视健脾。在辨证论治中又可分为以下三种证型:肝郁脾虚型,治宜疏肝健脾、行气散结;脾虚湿盛型,治宜健脾益气、化湿利咽;肝郁化火型,治宜疏肝泻火、滋阴利咽。虽证型不同,但健脾祛湿贯穿治疗始终。同时创立“咽疾六穴”浅刺法,重视饮食调护。诸法合用在临床中取得了良好疗效。Chronic throat impediment is a common and lingering disease in community clinic.Based on many years of community clinical experience,Professor TAN Huaru believes that the climate in Lingnan region is humid,and the etiology and pathogenesis of patients with chronic throat impediment are mostly liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,the dampness runs through the disease and the treatment should pay attention to strengthening the spleen especially.It can be divided into the following three types in the syndrome differentiation and treatment:liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type,for which the treatment should be soothing the liver and strengthening the spleen,promoting qi and dispersing knot;Spleen deficiency and excessive dampness type should be treated by strengthening spleen and invigorating qi,dispelling dampness and relieving pharynx;Liver stagnation generating fire type should be treated by soothing liver and purging fire,nourishing yin and relieving pharynx.Although the type of syndrome is different,strengthening the spleen and removing dampness runs throughout the treatment.At the same time,“pharyngeal disease six acupoints”shallow acupuncture method is established,attention is paid to dietary care.The combined application of these methods has achieved good clinical effect.
