基于“形与神俱”辨治焦虑状态合并遗尿验案

摘　　要：“形与神俱”是中医学的核心理念,也是中医提倡的重要生命观。形神本为一体,二者生理上相互依赖,病理上相互影响。气为形神沟通之使,气机的正常运行是形与神俱的重要条件。焦虑状态合并遗尿属于身心同病状态。文章将焦虑状态合并遗尿的核心病理改变概括为形不养神、神伤气乱、神失御形,从形神一体观的角度探讨1例焦虑状态合并小儿遗尿案的诊治思路,提出以补肾止遗为治标原则,补脾肾调冲任、补益气血为治本原则,疗效显著,以期为这类身心相关性疾病临床诊治提供借鉴。“Unity of form and spirit”is the core concept of traditional Chinese medicine,and it is also an important view of life advocated by traditional Chinese medicine.Form and spirit are inherently integrated,they depend on each other physiologically and impact each other pathologically.Qi is the communication between form and spirit,and the normal circulation of qi is an important condition for the unity of form and spirit.Anxiety state combined with enuresis is a state of physical and mental illness.The paper summarizes the core pathological changes of anxiety state combined with enuresis as the form fails to nourish the spirit,the disturbance of the spirit and qi,and spirit fails to regulate the form.This paper discusses the diagnosis and treatment of a case of anxiety state complicated with enuresis in children from the perspective of the unity of form and spirit,and puts forward the principle of tonifying the kidney and stopping the sequelae as the symptomatic principle,tonifying spleen and kidney to regulate Chong and Ren channels and tonifying qi and blood as the fundamental principle,which has remarkable curative effect,with a prospect of providing reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of such psychosomatic diseases.
