摘　　要：农民专业合作社是现代农业领域的重要组织形式与实践探索。河北省农民专业合作社在质量与经营类型、联农带农作用、经营发展能力和水平等方面取得显著成绩,但经营管理水平的有待提升、资金融资难题以及政策优惠的不足,成为制约合作社进一步发展的主要因素。通过汇总河北省农业专业合作社的发展现状,深入剖析发展过程中存在的问题,提出加强对合作社的政策支持和引导力度、引导支持合作社参与农业科技创新项目、加强合作社内部管理、拓展合作社农产品市场渠道、促进合作社之间的合作与交流等对策建议。Farmers' professional cooperative is an important organizational form and practical exploration in the field of modern agriculture.The farmers' professional cooperatives have achieved significant results in terms of quality and management types,the role of agricultural cooperation,and the ability and level of business development in Hebei Province.However,the lack of improvement in management level,funding difficulties,and insufficient policy incentives have become the main factors restricting the further development of cooperatives.By summarizing the current development status of agricultural professional cooperatives in Hebei Province,the problems existing in the development process were deeply analyzed,and the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen policy support and guidance for cooperatives,guide and support cooperatives to participate in agricultural technology innovation projects,strengthen internal management of cooperatives,expand cooperative agricultural product market channels,and promote cooperation and communication among cooperatives were proposed.
