摘  要:研究灰葡萄孢菌(Botrytis cinerea)植物免疫诱抗蛋白水溶肥的制备方法及其在小麦和玉米上的应用效果,可为该肥料在大田主要农作物上的应用提供理论依据和技术支持。采用活化灰葡萄孢菌,进行平板培养、摇瓶放大培养,对发酵细胞破碎、离心纯化、浓缩,提取纯化获得植物免疫诱抗蛋白组合物,制备新型高效植物免疫诱抗蛋白水溶肥;并以常规水溶肥(CK)为对照,研究了灰葡萄孢菌植物免疫诱抗蛋白水溶肥在小麦和玉米上的应用效果。结果表明:与CK相比,喷施灰葡萄孢菌植物免疫诱抗蛋白水溶肥处理的小麦苗期根长、根鲜重、株高和叶片数分别增加14.8%、15.8%、6.2%和25.0%,单位面积穗数、穗粒数和千粒重分别增加1.2%、7.2%和1.0%,产量增加9.6%,其中根长、叶片数和产量差异达到了显著水平;玉米茎粗和叶宽分别增加19.4%和21.4%,单位面积穗数增加3.8%,穗长、行粒数、穗粒数和千粒重分别增加14.0%、12.9%、0.8%和12.8%,穗秃尖长度缩短33.3%,产量增加13.8%,其中茎粗、叶宽、秃尖长和产量差异达到了显著水平。葡萄孢菌植物免疫诱抗蛋白水溶肥可显著促进小麦和玉米健壮生长,明显提高作物产量,是一款效果较好的新型水溶肥。To study the preparation method of water-soluble fertilizer of plant immune inducible resistant protein of Botrytis cinerea and its application effect on wheat and maize can provide theoretical basis and technical support for the application of this fertilizer on major crops in field.Using activated B.cinerea for plate culture and shake flask amplification culture,the fermentation cells were crushed,centrifuged,purified,concentrated,and extracted to obtain a plant immune inducing protein composition,and a new efficient plant immune protein water-soluble fertilizer was prepared.And compared with conventional water-soluble fertilizer(CK),the application effect of B.cinerea plant immune inducible protein water-soluble fertilizer on wheat and maize was studied.The results showed that compared with CK,the wheat seedlings treated with B.cinerea plant immune induced protein water-soluble fertilizer increased the root length,root fresh weight,plant height,and leaf number by 14.8%,15.8%,6.2%,and25.0%,respectively.The number of spikes,grains per spike,and thousand grain weight per unit area increased by 1.2%,7.2%,and 1.0%,respectively,and the yield increased by 9.6%.Among them,the differences in root length,leaf number,and yield reached a significant level.The mazie stem thickness and leaf width increased by 19.4% and 21.4% respectively,the number of spikes per unit area increased by 3.8%,the spike length,row grain number,spike grain number,and thousand grain weight increased by 14.0%,12.9%,0.8%,and 12.8% respectively,the length of the bald tip of the spike shortened by 33.3%,and the yield increased by 13.8%.The differences in stem thickness,leaf width,bald tip length,and yield reached a significant level.The water-soluble fertilizer of plant immune inducible protein of B.cinerea could significantly promote the robust growth of wheat and corn,significantly increase crop yield,and is a new type of water-soluble fertilizer with good effects.
