摘  要:辣椒是我国目前栽培面积最大的蔬菜,但由于各种病害的侵染,给辣椒生产造成了重大损失,因此亟待选育综合抗病性强的品种。明确甜辣椒资源的抗病基因型,筛选多抗性的种质资源,可为后续选育具有综合抗病性的辣椒新品种提供材料支撑。本研究利用已公布的抗病基因分子标记,利用KASP和STS分子标记手段,对318份辣椒自交系材料进行了抗病基因检测。结果表明:共有225份材料具有抗病基因,其中,携带CO1基因的种质119份,携带CO2基因的种质30份,携带CO3基因的种质37份;携带Ph1基因的种质9份,携带Ph2基因的种质49份,携带Ph3基因的种质20份;携带SY-4基因的种质40份;携带UN基因的种质10份;携带TO-2基因的种质16份。这些抗病材料中,有五抗材料1份、四抗材料6份、三抗材料13份。Pepper is currently the vegetable with the largest cultivation area in China,but the the invasion of various diseases has caused significant losses to pepper production.Therefore,it is urgent to breed varieties with strong comprehensive disease resistance.Clarifying the disease resistant genotypes of sweet pepper resources and screening germplasm resources with multiple resistances can provide material support for the subsequent breeding of new pepper varieties with comprehensive disease resistance.The published molecular markers of disease resistance genes were used and the disease resistance genes in 318 pepper inbred line materials were detected by KASP and STS molecular markers.The results showed that a total of 225 materials had disease resistance genes,including 119 germplasm carrying the CO1 gene,30 germplasm carrying the CO2 gene,and 37 germplasm carrying the CO3 gene;9 germplasms carrying Ph1 gene,49 germplasms carrying Ph2 gene,and20 germplasms carrying Ph3 gene;40 germplasms carrying the SY-4 gene;10 germplasm samples carrying UN genes;16 germplasms carrying the TO-2gene.Among these disease resistant mat erials,there are 1 fifth resistant material,6 fourth resistant materials,and 13 third resistant materials.
