摘 要:小麦胚乳中直链淀粉含量与抗性淀粉含量高度相关。提高胚乳中直链淀粉含量对提高抗性淀粉含量,降低食物升糖指数和与饮食相关疾病的发生风险具有重要意义。抗性淀粉具有提高代谢调控能力,降低心血管疾病、肥胖和糖尿病发病风险的功能。淀粉颗粒蛋白-1(SGP-1)在小麦胚乳支链淀粉合成中发挥着重要作用,其功能降低或缺失可提高抗性淀粉含量。从SGP-1发现、SGP-1的等位变异、高直链淀粉小麦创制和SGP-1缺失的遗传效应4个方面对SGP-1的研究进展进行了综述,以期促进基于SGP-1的高直链淀粉小麦分子育种工作的进行。The content of amylose in wheat endosperm is highly correlated with the content of resistant starch.Increasing the content of amylose in endosperm is of great significance for improving the content of resistant starch,reducing the glycemic index of food,and reducing the risk of diet related diseases.Resistant starch has the function of improving metabolic regulation and reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease,obesity and diabetes.Starch granule protein-1(SGP-1) plays an important role in the synthesis of branched starch in wheat endosperm,and its reduced or absent function can increase the content of resistant starch.A review was conducted on the research progress of SGP-1 from four aspects:SGP-1 discovery,allelic variation of SGP-1,high amylose wheat enhancement,and genetic effects of SGP-1 deficiency,in order to promote the molecular breeding of high amylose wheat based on SGP-1.
