摘 要:统筹高效用水与节本增粮的策略,对于确保粮食安全和推动农业可持续发展具有重大意义。河北省小麦全生育周期内水资源供需矛盾依然严峻,水资源匮乏已成为制约产能稳步提升的核心瓶颈。当前,节水灌溉工作面临技术创新与研发能力不足、技术成熟度有待提升、技术投入成本相对较高等挑战。基于此,提出加强现代节水技术的研发与应用、推进节水品种的选育与普及、构建智慧灌溉管理体系深化农业水价综合改革的对策建议。The strategy of coordinating efficient water use and cost saving to increase food production is of great significance for ensuring food security and promoting sustainable agricultural development.The contradiction between water supply and demand remains severe throughout the entire growth cycle of wheat in Hebei Province,and water scarcity has become the core bottleneck restricting the steady increase of production capacity.Currently,water-saving irrigation work is facing challenges such as insufficient technological innovation and research and development capabilities,need to improve technological maturity,and relatively high technological investment costs.Based on this,the countermeasures were proposed to strengthen the research and application of modern water-saving technologies,promote the breeding and popularization of water-saving varieties,and build a smart irrigation management system to deepen the comprehensive reform of agricultural water prices.
