摘　　要：目的对有刻痕且多剂量包装的对乙酰氨基酚片的使用期间稳定性及分割能力进行质量评价。方法使用手工分割及机械分割的方法对片剂的可分割能力进行评价,并对使用期间稳定性样品的分割能力进行评价。结果对乙酰氨基酚片的分割能力符合要求,并且使用期间的分割能力同样符合要求,且分割后半片在使用期间亦能保持稳定。结论对乙酰氨基酚片可以均匀分割,多剂量包装在使用过程中也能够均匀分割,保障了临床用药的安全性及灵活性。Objective To evaluate the quality of stability and segmentation ability of scored and multi dose packaged Paracetamol Tablets during use.Methods The divisibility of tablets was evaluated by using manual and mechanical segmentation methods,and the segmentation ability of stability samples was evaluated during use.Results The segmentation ability of Paracetamol Tablets and the segmentation ability during use all met the requirements,and the split half of Paracetamol Tablets can remain stable during use.Conclusion Paracetamol Tablets can be evenly divided,and multi dose packaging can also be evenly divided during use,which ensures the safety and flexibility of clinical medication.
