摘　　要：近年来,透皮贴剂已成为医疗保健技术中一个重要的研究课题。它通过皮肤直接传递药物,具有药效稳定、便捷使用、减轻患者负担等优势。随着科技的进步和研究的不断深入,国内外的相关研究取得了许多重要的成果,如智能贴片、可降解贴片、高释放贴片等,应用领域涉及疫苗、基因治疗、胰岛素传递、激素缺乏、心血管疾病等方面,为临床治疗提供了新的选择。本文旨在介绍透皮贴片的基本结构和类型,阐述其在药物输送领域的重要作用,并针对目前相关研究的现状和存在的问题进行探讨。In recent years,transdermal patches have become an important research topic in healthcare technology.It delivers drugs directly through the skin,which has the advantages of stable efficacy,convenient use and reduced patient burden.With the progress of science and technology and the deepening of research,many important Results have been achieved in related research at home and abroad,such as smart patches,degradable patches,high release patches,etc.The application areas involve vaccines,gene therapy,insulin delivery,hormone deficiency,cardiovascular diseases,etc.Which provide new choices for clinical treatment.The aim of this paper is to introduce the basic components and types of transdermal patches,to describe their important role in the field of drug delivery,and to discuss the current status and problems of related research.
