新质生产力赋能竞技体育高质量发展的机理探析及其实践研究

摘　　要：新质生产力在竞技体育高质量发展中发挥着重要作用,推动技术革新、模式突破、资源整合与产业融合,形成了多维度的赋能机制。科技创新为运动训练提供了精准的数据分析与个性化方案,优化了训练效果;新型选材模式提升了运动员选拔的科学性,促进了复合型训练团队的构建;区域联动机制与资源共享推动了竞技体育的绿色转型与效益提升。然而,制度环境的不完善、产业链融合的不顺畅、人才支撑的缺乏以及数字化、智能化赋能的效能偏低等问题,均制约了新质生产力在竞技体育中的有效应用。为此,需建立健全制度框架,促进产业跨界融合,增强创新意识与能力,挖掘数智化潜能,提倡绿色可持续发展,以实现竞技体育的高质量发展目标,确保其在国家体育强国战略中占有重要地位。The new quality productivity plays a pivotal role in the high-quality development of competitive sports,driving technological innovation,model breakthroughs,resource integration,and industrial convergence,thereby establishing a multidimensional empowerment mechanism.Technological innovation provides precise data analysis and personalized training programs,optimizing training outcomes;novel talent selection models enhance the scientific rigor of athlete selection and facilitate the formation of multidisciplinary training teams;regional collaborative mechanisms and resource sharing promote the green transformation and efficiency enhancement of competitive sports.However,issues such as an inadequate institutional environment,inefficient integration of the industrial chain,a lack of talent support,and low efficacy of digital and intelligent empowerment restrict the effective application of new quality productivity in competitive sports.Therefore,it is imperative to establish and improve the institutional framework,promote cross-industry integration,enhance innovation awareness and capability,tap into the potential of digital intelligence,and advocate for green and sustainable development,in order to achieve the high-quality development objectives of competitive sports and ensure its significant position within the national strategy for building a strong sports nation.
