摘  要:文章以大肠杆菌为吸附剂,探究其在不同条件下对含铅废水的吸附效果,并采用Freundlich、Langmuir和Temkin 3种等温线对其吸附机制展开研究。结果表明,当Pb^(2+)初始质量浓度为200 mg/L、pH为3、温度为30℃、吸附剂添加量为0.01 g时,大肠杆菌对Pb^(2+)的吸附量分别达到122.25、108.98、122.25和238.85 mg/g的最大值;吸附过程与Langmuir模型拟合最优,最大吸附容量为201.61 mg/g。The article took Escherichia coli as the adsorbent to examined it adsorption efficacy on lead-containing wastewater under various conditions.Freundlich,Langmuir,and Temkin isotherms were used to explore the adsorption mechanism.The findings revealed that Escherichia coli exhibited the highest adsorption capacity for Pb^(2+)at an initial concentration of 200 mg/L,reaching 122.25 mg/g.At a solution pH of 3,the highest adsorption capacity was 108.98 mg/g,and it remained constant at 122.25 mg/g at 30益.With a 0.01 g adsorbent dosage,the highest adsorption capacity was 238.85 mg/g.The adsorption process of Escherichia coli for Pb^(2+)aligns best with the Langmuir isotherm model,exhibiting a maximum adsorption capacity of 201.61 mg/g.
